ETCHED ANTIQUE MARITIME
SIGNAL CANNON FOR BLACK POWDER <<<<
Signal cannon measures over-all 18" LONG x 7" WIDE x 7" TALL in size with a 7" DIAMETER pair of wheels.
The CANNON BARREL is 12" LONG x 2" DIAMETER at its thickest point.  The BARREL has a 5/8" BORE.
Made entirely out of BRONZE.   Great dark patina..

Scratches, minor scattered surface and wear throughout
consistent with age and use but overall displays nicely.   Please
see all photos as they are part of the description.  One of the
ACORN NUTS is lacking, and judging from the patina where
it is missing as when it was found, it had become lost many
years ago. The patina under the other ACORN NUTS
are all lighter - as they had been covering those respective
areas since the cannon was made around 150 years ago.
